ISLAMABAD: Shabbir Ahmed Shah, the incarcerated senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference and Chairman of the Democratic Freedom Party, lauded the unwavering determination displayed by the Kashmiri people in their ongoing struggle against Indian occupation and oppression. Despite enduring atrocities, Shah emphasized the resilience of Kashmiris, highlighting their steadfast commitment to the cause of freedom.
From his confinement in Tihar Jail, New Delhi, Shah conveyed his admiration for the courage and unity exhibited by Kashmiris in the face of adversity. He commended their resolve, sincerity, and solidarity, citing them as exemplary traits essential for preserving the spirit of resistance against Indian repression.
Expressing concern over continued Indian aggression, particularly arrests during the holy month of Ramadan, Shah urged Kashmiris to bolster unity and support within their communities. He emphasized the importance of assisting the vulnerable segments of society and promoting harmony amidst challenging circumstances.
Furthermore, Shah called upon charitable organizations and affluent individuals to extend wholehearted support to alleviate the plight of the impoverished and victims of state-sponsored terrorism.
