MADINAH:  Comprehensive service centres in the Prophet’s Mosque courtyards served 187,698 visitors of various nationalities during 2024, enhancing their spiritual experience.

The initiative is part of the services provided by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.

These comprehensive service centres are among the most prominent field initiatives designed to ensure direct engagement with visitors in the mosque’s courtyards.

They provide multilingual guidance as part of a broader initiative to improve services and facilities, enhance both environmental and human aspects, simplify procedures, and create a professional, centralised service environment.

This effort aims to offer better care for pilgrims visiting the Prophet’s Mosque and to achieve the highest levels of visitor satisfaction.

Services include lending carts to people with disabilities and the elderly, providing guidance, distributing informational booklets, communicating with visitors in their languages, responding to religious inquiries, and offering wristbands for children and the elderly.

This service system, designed for pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors, enhances their spiritual experience while ensuring comfort and peace during their prayers at the mosque.
