KARACHI: Important revelations have come out during the investigation into the murder of Sara Malik, a girl who ‘committed suicide’ by jumping into the sea near Seaview Farhan Shaheed Park.
The police have registered a case of kidnapping in the Sahil police station on the complaint of the girl’s father, in which the girl’s father has said that his daughter committed suicide because of Dr Shan Salim and Bisma.
The father said that on January 6, his daughter first called home and told her mother that Dr Shaun Salim had raped her. After registering a case, the investigation police arrested Dr Shaun Salim.

SSP Investigation South Zahid Parveen has said that in the preliminary investigation, it has been revealed that Dr Shan Salim sexually assaulted Sara Malik, due to which Sara committed suicide. The girl Sara Malik had attempted suicide before. According to Zahid Parveen, the girl worked at this clinic for two years; Dr Shan Salim also gave a loan of Rs. 150 to 200,000 to Sara Malik.
SSP Zahida Parveen said that in the investigation of Dr Shan Saleem, it had been revealed that he had blackmailed many girls before; on January 6, Dr Shaun Saleem also raped Sara Malik and she was forced to commit suicide. Sara Malik mentioned Dr Shan Salim’s sexual assault on January 6 while crying to her office colleague girl. Dr Shan Salim is being investigated further.
