Over 17,000 Candidates are contesting in today’s election in Pakistan. With 56 million of the voters below the age of 35, and roughly 29 million in the 36-45 bracket, Pakistan’s younger generations are in a position to heavily influence the results in the country’s key election.
Voters will choose 266 candidates to the National Assembly of Pakistan, who will later, by a majority vote, elect the new prime minister of the South Asian country.
