ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued notices to all parties in the Election Commission Pakistan’s ECP review petition in connection with its decision in the Punjab election case and asked for written submissions.
SC Issues Notices in ECP’s Review Petition
The Supreme Court noted in its written order of the case’s first hearing that the Attorney General of Pakistan represented the Federation in the case, while Ali Zafar, the lawyer of PTI, received the court’s notice in the courtroom. The next hearing on the plea for review will be conducted on May 23.
