RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Assistant Minister of Culture, Rakan Al-Touq, held a meeting with the Somali Minister of Education, Culture, and Higher Education, Farah Sheikh Abdulkadir.
During the meeting, they discussed cultural exchanges between Saudi Arabia and Somalia, as well as enhancing cooperation in the fields of libraries and the Arabic language.
This meeting took place on the sidelines of the Riyadh International Book Fair 2023, which ran from September 28 to October 7, focusing on the theme “An Inspiring Destination” and featuring the participation of numerous Somali intellectuals.
