MADINAH:  The King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex in Madinah has received 28,726 visitors of various nationalities during June.

Among them were guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Hajj Programme, pilgrims who had visited Madinah after performing the Hajj rituals, and many Umrah pilgrims eager to tour this prominent Islamic landmark, recognised globally for its role in printing and distributing the Holy Quran, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.

Visitors from across the globe—including Indonesia, India, China, Bangladesh, Egypt, Tajikistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Algeria, Yemen, and the USA underscored the complex’s international appeal as a key destination for pilgrims and visitors to Madinah.

During the visit, guests were given an overview of the printing process of the Holy Quran and the various translations produced by the complex. They also learned about the technical efforts made to preserve the Quranic text and disseminate it in different languages, as part of the Kingdom’s broader vision to promote the values of moderation in Islam and enhance global cultural exchange.
