GENEVA: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Health Fahd bin Abdurrahman Al-Jalajel has held talks with his Palestinian counterpart, Majed Abu Ramadan, to enhance bilateral cooperation, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.
The Saudi permanent representative to the United Nations in Geneva, Abdulmohsen Majed Bin Khothaila, was also present in the meeting.
Al-Jalajel stressed the deep historical and special ties between Saudi Arabia and Palestine, reiterating the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting the people of Palestine in various areas, especially the healthcare sector.
Abu Ramadan lauded the ongoing Saudi support to the Palestinian people in all fields, highlighting the importance of cooperation in health.
He also praised the Kingdom’s leading role in the region.
