Saudi Minister of State Meets with Ambassadors of Japan, Norway, Cyprus

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Envoy Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir has met with the Ambassador of Japan Fumio Iwai and discussed ways to strengthen bilateral ties, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.

During the meeting at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh, Al-Jubeir expressed his appreciation for Ambassador Iwai’s efforts to strengthen relations between the two countries and wished him success in his future endeavors.

The meeting was held to bid farewell to Ambassador Iwai as he concludes his term in the Kingdom.

Minister of State for Foreign Affairs also received the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway Kjersti Tromsdal, at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh today.  The Minister wished the Norwegian Ambassador success in her new duties.

Meanwhile, Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir received the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Michael Alexios at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh. Al-Jubeir wished Ambassador Alexios success in his new responsibilities.
