RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz spoke by telephone with U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The two sides reviewed the strategic Saudi-US relationship and means to enhance it within the framework of the defense partnership, the SPA reported. The two Ministers also discussed the latest regional and global developments, efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region and their repercussions, and means to ensure regional security and stability, the SPA further reported.
