Saudi King Invites Tunisian President to Attend Arab League Meeting

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s King Salman has sent an invitation to the President of Tunisia to attend the Arab League Council meeting in the Kingdom, Arab media reported on Saturday.

The Saudi Foreign Ministry said that the King extended an invitation to the President of Tunisia. The Arab league meeting will be held in Saudi Arabia on May 19. The Saudi envoy to Tunisia, Abdulaziz bin Ali Al-Saqr, has delivered the invitation and message during his meeting with President Kais Saied in Tunis.

The Saudi Ambassador conveyed to the President of Tunis the greetings of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, while the president also did the same to the leadership of Saudi Arabia.

Earlier, King Salman sent invitations to the sultan of Oman and emir of Qatar to attend the 32nd session of the Arab League.
