MADRID: Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has met with Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares and discussed developments in the Gaza Strip, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Friday.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting in Madrid for coordinating on the situation in the Gaza Strip and steps towards implementing the two-state solution, and to address preparations for the pertinent high-level event on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.
The two ministers reviewed ties between the two countries, ways to enhance them in various areas, latest developments on the regional and international arenas, particularly the developments in the Gaza Strip and efforts being exerted concerning them.
