RIYADH: Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov at the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretariat General in Riyadh and explored avenues to strengthen ties, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.
The two officials discussed relations and cooperation, and explored avenues to strengthen relations. They also delved into the latest regional and international developments, highlighting ongoing efforts in these areas.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has also received Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil Mauro Vieira at the Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council in Riyadh.
According to the SPA, the two officials discussed bilateral ties and regional and international issues of mutual concern.
Saudi Foreign Minister also met with Indian Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, with whom he discussed ties. The SPA reported that the two sides discussed ways to boost bilateral and multilateral coordination on regional and global issues of common interest.
