RIYADH: The Foreign Minister of Saudi Araba Prince Faisal bin Farhan held a phone conversation on Sunday with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand Parnpree Bahiddha-nukara, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Saudi Foreign Minister during the call expressed gratitude for the support of Thailand regarding the United Nations resolution issued on October 27.

This resolution was aimed to secure an immediate ceasefire and establish an urgent humanitarian cease-fire in the besieged Gaza Strip while upholding humanitarian principles, norms, and international laws.
The two sides also talked about the developments in the Gaza Strip and its surrounding areas, stressing the urgent need for the international community to step up and fulfill its responsibilities.
They emphasized for an immediate ceasefire that would ensure the complete protection of civilians.
Furthermore, they called the importance of putting all efforts towards ending the violence and preventing the worsening of the humanitarian crisis. Additionally, they emphasized the significance of finding a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue, one that fulfills the aspirations of the Palestinian people.
Meanwhile Foreign Minister of Saudi Araba Prince Faisal bin Farhan also held phone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Malta, Ian Borg and discussed the critical developments in Gaza and its surroundings.
