RIYADH: Saudi Arabia Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken on Friday discussed bilateral ties and regional issues.
Saudi state news agency SPA reported that Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan received a phone call from Anthony Blinken.

US Secretary of Lauds Saudi Efforts oor Peace
During the telephonic conversation, they discussed the importance of stopping military escalation and ending violence in Sudan, the SPA reported.
Blinken also lauded the Kingdom’s efforts earlier this month in hosting representatives from 40 countries in Jeddah to address the ongoing crisis in Ukraine and seek a peaceful solution to the conflict.
They also discussed the Middle East’s stability and stressed the importance of efforts to establish peace in the region.
