JEDDAH: The Saudi national team and its Indonesian counterpart ended their match with a 1-1 draw within the AFC Asian Qualifiers for the World Cup 2026, which was held yesterday at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Ragnar Oratmangoen of the Indonesian team scored the first goal in the 19th minute, while Musab Al Juwayr scored the equalizer for the team of Saudi Arabia in the 45th+3 minute. The Saudi national team and its Indonesian counterpart shared match points with this result, the SPA reported.
The Saudi team comes in Group C in the third round of the Asian qualifiers for the World Cup 2026, along with Australia, Japan, China, Bahrain, and Indonesia.
