RIYADH: Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia’s Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has received his Austrian counterpart Alexander Schallenberg in Riyadh, the foreign ministry said on Thursday.
The two sides discussed ties between Saudi Arabia and Austria, and ways to boost ties, in addition to exchanging views on regional and global issues.

Prince Faisal also received the Foreign Minister of Ethiopia, Taye Atske Selassie for talks on developing bilateral relations and cooperation, the foreign ministry said.
During the meeting, the two ministers discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation, as well as developments and matters of mutual interest.
Deputy Minister for Political Affairs, Ambassador Dr. Saud Al-Sati, and Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Ethiopia, Dr. Fahad Alhumaydani also attended the meeting.

Meanwhile, the Saudi Foreign Minister on Thursday held a phone call with the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine, Dr. Mohammed Mustafa, the foreign ministry said.
During the call, the two sides discussed the latest developments in the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and its surroundings.
