Saudi FM Heads Kingdom’s Delegation Participating in Opening of UNGA High-Level Week

NEW YORK: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah on Tuesday headed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s delegation participating in the opening of Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) High-Level Week in New York City, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) delegation at the opening of the Assembly included Princess Reema bint Bandar Al Saud, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the United States, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Member of the Council of Ministers and Envoy for Climate, Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, the Deputy Minister for International Multilateral Affairs and General Supervisor of the Public Diplomacy Deputyship, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Rassi, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Wasil, and the Director General of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdulrahman Aldawood.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah and the members of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) delegation will participate in different official meetings in order to strengthen international multilateral action. They will discuss regional and global developments, efforts to set up the foundations of international security and peace, and joint efforts to achieve sustainable development goals.
