CAIRO: The Royal Saudi Air Force represented by the Saudi Falcons team, and Egypt’s Air Force demonstration team “the Silver Stars,” jointly presented an aerial display in the skies of the New Administrative Capital in Egypt, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday. Notable attendees included Commander of the Egyptian Air Force Lieutenant-General Mahmoud Fouad Abdulgawad, Saudi envoy to Egypt Osama bin Ahmed Nugali, Saudi Military Attaché Colonel Abdulkarim Al-Sudais, Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi and several officials, military attachés and ambassadors accredited to Cairo, the SPA maintained.

The Saudi-Egyptian air presentation showcased skillful maneuvers performed by army aircraft, incorporating the colors of both nations’ flags. The accuracy and creativity of the aerial presentations left a permanent impression on the viewers, according to the SPA.

After the spectacle, the Saudi envoy underlined in a statement that the Royal Saudi Air Force’s collaboration with Egypt’s Air Force signifies the deep historical ties and robust ties between the two countries. He further highlighted that this joint show is a testament to the current collaboration and engagement across various fields, including the military.
