RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz held a meeting with heads of leading French industrial companies in Paris, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Wednesday.
According to the SPA the meeting is part of his official visit to the Republic of France.
During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation opportunities in the field of military industries, development and research as well as technology transfer and localization in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The meeting was attended by a number of senior Saudi and French officials.
The defense minister is visiting France upon the directives of Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
During the visit, defense minister will meet several French officials to discuss areas of cooperation and joint coordination between the two friendly countries, and topics of mutual interest.
