RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has received US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, with whom he reviewed bilateral ties and cooperation, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Wednesday.
Discussions covered the latest regional and global developments, particularly the situations in Gaza and Lebanon, and efforts to end military operations and address their security and humanitarian ramifications.
Saudi Minister of State, Cabinet Member and National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, and General Intelligence President Khalid bin Ali Al-Humaidan were also present at the meeting.
On the US side, US Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Michael Ratney and Blinken’s accompanying delegation attended the meeting.
Meanwhile, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has received Secretary Blinken, with whom he discussed ties and regional developments, including Gaza and Lebanon, and the efforts exerted to address them.
