RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud met in Riyadh Saturday with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on the sidelines of the Joint Arab Islamic Extraordinary Summit, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

According to the SPA, during the meeting the Crown Prince affirmed that the occupation authorities are responsible for the crimes committed against the people of Palestine and their capabilities, reiterating the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) categorical rejection of the continued aggression, occupation and forced displacement of people in Gaza.

The Crown Prince affirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) will continue to stand by the people of Palestine to achieve their legitimate rights to a decent life, attain their hopes and ambitions, and achieve a just and long-lasting peace, the SPA maintained. The SPA further said the meeting was also attended by a number of ministers and top officials.
