RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) Ambassador for climate Change met Panama’s Deputy Minister for the environment, the Saudi officials said on Sunday.
Saudi Climate Envoy Meets Panama Minister
According to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Minister of State Adel Al-Jubeir met with Panama Minister and discussed matters of mutual interest. They discussed cooperation in the fields of climate change and the environment. The two sides also exchanged views over means to further enhance the cooperation. The Saudi minister also outlined the Kingdom’s efforts regarding climate, including the Saudi and Middle East Green Initiatives.
The non-resident Saudi envoy to Panama, Dr. Hassan Al-Ansari, and the DG of the Office of the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Khalid bin Musaed Al-Anqari were also present on the occasion. Al-Jubeir also met top Panamanian ministers on Friday during his trip to South America.
