The minister further emphasized the importance of expanding the meaning of culture beyond books and publishing. “Despite the significance of books and publishing, this depth and expansion in evoking the meaning of culture give the exhibition an international framework, especially in terms of the seminars, workshops, and various events it includes,” the minister added.

The Minister of Media also expressed his confidence that publishers would leave the exhibition satisfied with the outcomes of their participation. He welcomed Qatar, the guest of honor for this year’s fair.
