RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) tourism minister has welcomed Argentinian football legend Lionel Messi to his country, Arab media reported on Monday.
The minister took the social media account and said that he was happy to welcome Messi to the Kingdom. He wrote on his Twitter, “I am happy to warmly welcome Saudi Tourism envoy Lionel #Messi and his family on his 2nd vacation in Saudi Arabia.

The minister also shared pictures of Messi and his family members soaking up the Saudi sun, playing traditional game carrom, and feeding an Arabian gazelle with his sons.
Saudi Minister for tourism said that they welcomed visitors from across the world to experience a unique visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and its hospitality.

Messi’s trip comes just one day following the footballer took to social media in order to celebrate Saudi Arabia’s natural wonders on Saturday. He posted on his social media account and saying: “I love to explore its Saudi Arabia’s wonders whenever I can.”
Messi visited Saudi Arabia last May for Jeddah Season, an annual event in the coastal city of Jeddah, posting picture of himself on a boat watching the sun setting over the Red Sea. The footballer also toured Jeddah’s old town, a heritage site.
