RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has enhanced its digital broadcasting initiative throughout the Hajj season 2025, delivering comprehensive religious programming to serve pilgrims and Muslim audiences worldwide via its official YouTube channel.

The ministry’s digital strategy features four daily lectures in three distinct programmes: “Barnamaj Dahawi” (Religious Program), “Khayr Al-Ayyam” (Best of Days) and the fourth iteration of “Hajj Talk,” with broadcasts continuing through June 9, 2025, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

“Religious Programme” episodes are broadcast twice daily at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., while “Best of Days” airs at 4 p.m.

The flagship “Hajj Talk” programme concludes the daily schedule at 6 p.m. This systematic approach shows the ministry’s commitment to harnessing contemporary digital platforms, aligning with technological progress while amplifying the reach and impact of Islamic messaging.

The live-streaming format enables real-time engagement with domestic and international audiences.

The daily programming focuses on topics relevant to the Hajj season, offering in-depth discussions on the objectives of Hajj, related legal rulings, the spiritual importance of righteous deeds during the days of Dhul-Hijjah, and appropriate behaviour during sacred rituals.

The programme “Hajj Talk” stands out for its emphasis on prophetic values, using modern presentation techniques to share practical lessons drawn from the Prophet Muhammad’s pilgrimage.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), digital media plays a central role in the ministry’s modern outreach efforts. It supports the broader goal of promoting religious moderation and providing universal access to authentic Islamic teachings.

This approach ensures that pilgrims and viewers around the world can receive timely religious guidance, regardless of their location or schedule.
