RIYADH: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed Saudi Arabia’s strong condemnation of the Israeli occupation forces’ bombing of houses in Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip, and of the settlers’ incursion into Al-Aqsa Mosque courtyards, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.
According to a statement, the Kingdom reiterated its denunciation of the continued flagrant violations of international law and international humanitarian law by the occupation forces, and called on the international community, particularly UN Security Council permanent members, to hold the occupation forces accountable for their continuous violations of Muslim holy sites and of innocent civilians in the State of Palestine, and for an immediate ceasefire.
