RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom’s strong condemnation of the blatant and repeated storming by Israeli occupation officials and several settlers into the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.
The ministry in a statement reaffirmed the importance of respecting religious sanctities. It also reiterated the Kingdom’s warning regarding the repercussions of the ongoing violations of global law and the historical status of the city of Jerusalem, as well as the provocation of millions of Muslims across the world, especially the humanitarian catastrophe experienced by the Palestinian people.
The Kingdom has reiterated its call for the international community to assume its responsibility in stopping the ongoing Israeli violations of international law and relevant international resolutions.
