RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met in Riyadh on Thursday with Somali Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Abshir Omar Jama on the sidelines of the Arab foreign ministers’ preparatory session for the extraordinary session of the Arab Summit, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

According to the SPA, they discussed bilateral ties, ways of strengthening and developing them in various sectors, and issues of common interest during the meeting.
Saudi and Somali Foreign Ministers Sign Agreement for Cooperation: SPA
The two foreign ministers inked a general agreement for cooperation between the side, which comes within the desire of the two governments to strengthen the existing relations of cooperation, support historical ties between the two brotherly people, and develop cooperation in many sectors to achieve more development, progress and prosperity, the SPA reported.

The Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Engineer Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al-Khuraiji, and DG of the Foreign Minister’s Office Abdulrahman Al-Dawood also attended the meeting.
