RIYADH, Saudi Arabia: In a recent development, Prince Khalid bin Salman, the Minister of Defence for Saudi Arabia, welcomed his Kuwaiti counterpart, Sheikh Ahmad Fahd Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, to Riyadh.
The meeting, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency, focused on various aspects of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the realm of defence and the coordination of joint military efforts, in addition to discussions on regional and international affairs.
The gathering was attended by senior military and civil officials from both Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, underlining the importance of the discussions.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman also had an opportunity to meet with Sheikh Ahmad on the sidelines of the Future Investment Initiative forum. During this meeting, they examined the state of relations between the two countries and engaged in conversations about various topics of mutual interest.
