RIYADH: Saudi aid agency KSrelief’s convoys, carrying relief supplies, reached Nile River State and Northern State in Sudan, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.
This development marks the initiation of the second phase of a project aimed at bolstering food security in the North African nation.
Expressing gratitude, Maj. Gen. Abdul Mahmoud Hammad Hussein, the acting governor of Nile River State, extended appreciation to Saudi Arabia for the aid and relief initiatives facilitated by KSrelief. The support is especially crucial for the Sudanese people who are grappling with a humanitarian crisis.
