ISLAMABAD: Senate Chairman Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, in his statement on Labour Day, has called for a culture of fair labour practices, mutual respect, and equality that recognizes the dignity of all workers.
He conveyed his sincere gratitude and admiration to the unsung national heroes who significantly contributed to Pakistan’s advancement and prosperity.
The Senate Chairman emphasized the need to safeguard workers’ rights and welfare while recognizing the enormous contributions of the labour sector.
He also pledged to create an environment where workers can thrive and reach their potential, calling citizens to join such efforts.
On behalf of the Senate, he wished all Pakistanis a happy Labor Day. “As the nation is celebrating, it’s important to appreciate the contributions of the labour force to society.
