LONDON: Liverpool striker and Egypt’s national football team captain, Mohamed Salah, has extended a donation to assist the people of Gaza, channelling his support through the Egyptian Red Crescent. Rami Al-Nazer, the executive director of the charity, confirmed this generous act.
While the exact value of Salah’s donation remains undisclosed at the player’s request, the charitable contribution underscores his commitment to the welfare of those affected by Israeli bombing in Gaza. Rami Al-Nazer explained, “The details of the donors or the details of what happened cannot be revealed,” respecting Salah’s wishes.
