ISLAMABAD: Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Alexei Overchuk has arrived in Pakistan today for a two-day trip, local media reported on Wednesday.
According to Radio Pakistan, Alexei Overchuk will hold meetings with Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar during his stay in Islamabad.

Pakistan’s Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said that Alexei Overchuk’s arrival today alongside a high-level delegation is yet another measures in a relationship between the two nations, one built on goodwill, friendship, and trust.
