RAWALPINDI: Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Col. General Sergey Yurvavich Istrakov has met with General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, at the Joint Staff Headquarters in Rawalpindi, said a military statement on Friday.
According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), both leaders expressed satisfaction over the positive trajectory of their bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting, they engaged in discussions regarding the evolving security landscape in the region, emphasizing the importance of collaborative efforts to promote peace and stability.
