MOSCOW: Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) claimed on Thursday it prevented an attack on a synagogue in Moscow that was plotted by an Islamic State (ISIS) cell, Russian state news agencies reported.
According to reports from Russian state news agencies, the FSB stated that members of the ISIS cell had been plotting to carry out a terrorist act targeting a religious institution in the Russian capital.
