CHRISTCHURCH: Pakistan’s opening pair of skipper Babar Azam and wicketkeeper batsman Muhammad Rizwan broke another partnership record of India’s KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma on Thursday.
The pair partnered 101 runs against Bangladesh and it was for eight time that they scored 100 runs or more in T20s. Their partnership came when Pakistan was chasing 174 runs in 20 overs. The Indian opening pair -Rahul and Rohit – so far have five 100 plus runs partnerships.
