RAJANPUR, PUNJAB: At least eight people were killed and more than 18 injured as passenger buses collided with each other on the Indus Highway in the Rajanpur district of Punjab province, a private TV channel reported citing rescue officials.
Buses collided due to fog
The accident took place when two vehicles— one traveling from Peshawar to Karachi and the other one coming to Rajanpur from Quetta — collided with each other. According to rescue officials, the incident occurred due to low visibility because of fog.
