PESHAWAR: The Regional Meteorological Department on Tuesday predicted rainfall from August 23 to 27 across most regions of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), the Regional Met Office in Peshawar has informed that a new spell of rains is starting for which people are urged to take all precautionary measures to avoid any loss of life, damage to infrastructure, crops and livestock.
Additionally, all relevant authorities have been instructed to implement safety measures.
It is recommended that tourists be kept informed about the upcoming weather forecasts, ensuring the availability of emergency services and essential resources. The concerned departments are also expected to remain vigilant in their efforts to restore road connectivity.
