ISLAMABAD: Discover the traditional method for preparing Rabri Doodh, a delightful milk-based dessert. Master the art of crafting this delicious treat at home with following straightforward recipe.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for Soaked Chia Seeds:

Water, as needed

Tukhmalanga (Basil seeds), 1 tablespoon

Ingredients for Sabudana Preparation

Water, as needed

Sabudana, 1/2 cup

Milk, 2 liters

Cardamom Powder, 1/4 teaspoon

Slurry (Water, 1/4 cup + Corn flour)

Soaked Chia Seeds (as required)

Cooked Sabudana (as required)

Ingredients for Assembling

Crushed Ice Cubes, as needed

Prepared Milk (as needed)

Chopped Almonds, as needed

Instructions

In a glass, combine water and tukhmalanga. Let it soak for fifteen minutes.

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add sabudana and cook until translucent and soft. Strain and set aside.

In a large pot, melt sugar until caramelized. Add milk and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir in cardamom powder and slurry mixture. Continue cooking until slightly thickened. Add soaked tukhmalanga and cooked sabudana. Cook for an additional minute.

In serving glasses, place crushed ice cubes. Pour in the prepared milk mixture and sprinkle with chopped almonds.

Your Rabri Doodh is now ready to be enjoyed.
