KABUL: Qatar Charity, a prominent humanitarian organization, has announced its commitment to finance the construction of a state-of-the-art 400-bed hospital in the Kandahar province of Afghanistan. In a pivotal meeting held with Kandahar’s Governor, Mullah Sharin Akhund, two representatives of Qatar Charity, Eng. Jamal Qasim Mohammad and Dr. Abdul Majeed Abdul Qavi Al Hamidi, discussed the comprehensive details of this initiative.
In addition to the construction of the 400-bed hospital, Qatar Charity will provide essential medical equipment for another 350-bed hospital located in the Aino Mena area within Kandahar city.
