ISLAMABAD: Most favourites, Lahore Qalandars, will take on formidable Multan Sultans in the 20th match of the Pakistan Super League Season-8 (PSL) at Qaddafi Stadium in Lahore tonight.
The Qalandars have had the most success this PSL season, winning five of their first six PSL games. They are positioned at the top of the points on the PSL table. They have won their last four games before this one.

Lahore Qalandars is emphatic as they have registered consecutive wins in their last PSL four cricket matches and have displaced Sultans at the top of the points PSL table, with five wins in six PSL matches. Fakhar has been the top run-getter for the Lahore Qalandars with 239 runs in six matches, followed by Sikandar, who stepped up with a 71* in their previous match when the rest of the batting faltered.
Sikandar has scored 163 runs in five innings, while Abdullah Shafique and Mirza Baig have scored 135 runs each in three and six matches, respectively. Captain Shaheen Shah Afridi has led the Qaladnars’ bowling from the front and has registered ten wickets in six matches, along with a 5-for to his name. Namibian all-rounder David Wiese and Pakistani pacer Haris Rauf have picked up seven wickets each in six matches. Afghan spinner Rashid Khan has managed six wickets in four matches.
