Multan Sultans, Karachi Kings ease pass opponents
Multan Sultans eased through Islamabad United, beating them by 52 runs, in the seventh fixture of the tournament at the Multan Cricket Stadium on Sunday.
Sultans gave a target of 191 runs after United won the toss and chose to bowl first. However, the two-times champion ended up all out for just 138 in 17.5 overs, losing six wickets for only 26 runs after reaching 112-4.
In match eight, Karachi Kings, at their home ground, beat Lahore Qalandars by 67 runs to secure their maiden victory of PSL 2023 at the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi on Sunday.
