Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will leave for Turkiye on Friday to inaugurate the third of the four MILGEM Corvette Ships for the Pakistan Navy, PNS Khyber at the Istanbul Shipyard. He and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will jointly attend the event in Istanbul.
The two sides will hold wide-ranging talks encompassing bilateral ties, and issues of mutual interest.

Shehbaz Sharif will also interact with the business community and its leaders during his visit.
The head of the ECO, Trade and Development Bank will call on Shehbaz Sharif during his stay in Turkey.
The MILGEM is a project, based on joint cooperation between Islamabad and Ankara, that represents a significant milestone in the Pakistan-Turkiye strategic partnership that continues to progress on an upward trajectory.
