ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari on Thursday strongly denounced the incident of firing on a school vehicle in Attock. In a statement, the President said that targeting a school vehicle is very cruel and shameful act. He added that strict action should be taken against the perpetrators of the attack. The President prayed to Allah Almighty for peace for the departed souls and early recovery of the wounded.
In a shameless attack, attackers opened fire on a school vehicle in Attock district, killing around two schoolchildren and injuring 6 others on Thursday. Rescue officials immediately shifted the dead bodies and wounded to nearby hospitals. Police said that the unidentified attackers escaped the crime scene. Police has started investigation and search operation to arrest the culprits.
