ISLAMABAD: On Tuesday, President Dr. Arif Alvi expressed his deep respect and honor for the army personnel who lost their lives during the operation in the Tirah area of Khyber.
President Alvi paid his heartfelt tribute to Lt Col Muhammad Hassan Haider, Naik Khushdil Khan, Naik Rafiq Khan, and Lance Naik Abdul Qadi, acknowledging their ultimate sacrifice for the nation.
“The sacrifices of martyrs will not go in vain, and terrorism will come to an end,” he said. He called martyrs the pride of the nation.
President Alvi also offered his condolences to the grieving families of the soldiers and prayed to Allah Almighty to grant the departed souls a place of high honor.
