ISLAMABAD: President Dr. Arif Alvi on Friday presented the insignia of Nishan-e-Imtiaz (military) to Admiral Naveed Ashraf, the Chief of Naval Staff.
The grand event was held at the Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad, where the president honored the Naval Chief with the Nishan-e-Imtiaz (military) award in recognition of his exceptional services.
Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, the Caretaker Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani, and Services chiefs were also present at the prestigious ceremony. —APP
