ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s President, Dr Arif Alvi, on Tuesday approved the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) (Amendment) Bill 2022 after the parliament passed it.
The amendment bill provides for further amending and strengthening the laws related to the training and registration of nurses, lady health visitors, and midwives.
PNC Amended Bill become Act
President Alvi signed the bill exercising his powers under Article 75 of Pakistan’s Constitution.
After the president’s approval, the said bill became an Act.
