ISLAMABAD: On the occasion of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s death anniversary, Pakistan’s President, Dr. Arif Alvi, reiterated Pakistan’s dedication to realizing the vision of a modern Islamic welfare state, closely aligned with the principles of the nation’s founding father.
In his message, as the nation came together to commemorate Quaid-e-Azam’s memory, President Alvi paid heartfelt tribute to the founding father and great leader of the Indo-Pak subcontinent. He emphasized how, under Quaid’s visionary leadership, the Muslims of the subcontinent successfully achieved the establishment of Pakistan in an extraordinarily short period.
Quaid-e-Azam Golden Principles
The President underscored that Quaid-e-Azam had been an advocate of principles such as peace, equality, the rule of law, economic and social justice, and the protection of minority rights. He tirelessly championed these values, ultimately leading to the birth of a separate homeland for Muslims.
It was strongly emphasized that adhering to Quaid’s golden principles is indispensable for Pakistan’s continued progress and prosperity. The President further highlighted the crucial need for concerted efforts aimed at uplifting vulnerable segments of society, with a particular focus on the empowerment of women and the youth.
