PML-N and MQM Forge Alliance for 2024 Elections

LAHORE: In a significant development on the Pakistani political landscape, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) have decided to join forces for the upcoming general elections scheduled for February 8, 2024.

This strategic alliance, announced after a high-level meeting, reflects a collective effort by the two prominent political parties to address the prevailing challenges facing Pakistan and steer the nation back onto the path of development and progress.

The MQM delegation, led by Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and featuring influential figures like Dr. Farooq Sattar and Mustafa Kamal, engaged in crucial discussions with the leadership of the Pakistan Muslim League-N, including Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif.

The meeting was also attended by other prominent political figures, such as Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz, Secretary General Ahsan Iqbal, Khawaja Saad Rafiq, Ayaz Sadiq, Parvez Rasheed, Rana Sanaiullah, and Maryam Aurangzeb.

The core objective of this political union is to collaboratively address the multifaceted challenges faced by Pakistan, ranging from socio-economic issues to governance concerns.
